Daniele Herndon joined Jackson & Campbell, P.C. in 2005 as an associate in the Health Law, Employment Law, and General Litigation Practice Groups. She also spent her summer associateship with the firm in 2004, and returned to clerk during the fall of 2004 and spring of 2005.
As a member of the Health Law Practice Group, Daniele regularly advises hospitals, health care providers, and organizations on compliance and corporate issues. She also defends several of the area's major hospitals in complex medical malpractice actions. As a member of the Employment Law Practice Group, Daniele counsels clients regarding claims involving employment and labor laws and represents corporate clients in employment matters pending before the EEOC and state and local fair employment agencies. In addition, Daniele represents clients in a wide range of civil issues involving personal injury, products and premises liability, libel and defamation, and other general litigation.
Daniele earned a B.A. in Journalism and English at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her J.D. from the George Washington University Law School.
She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia.
Daniele is an active member of the American Health Lawyers Association's Healthcare Liability and Litigation Practice Group and the Junior League of Washington.
