Warren Lutz has been a Director of the Firm since 1996. He has extensive experience in claims of construction defect, product liability, and insurance coverage, and has litigated in state and federal courts throughout the United States and before the American Arbitration Association. He has successfully represented manufacturers, insurers, developers, hospitals, universities, property managers, and individuals.
Warren received his A.B. (cum laude) from Georgetown University and his J.D. from the George Washington University National Law Center. He has authored articles on product liability and construction law. He is a mentor to law students at the George Washington University, a former member of the District of Columbia Bar Association Committee on Civil Jury Instructions, and Contributor to the Practitioners Handbook for Civil Practice in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
