For many years, Jim Michal has represented wireless telecommunication companies and tower companies on leasing and zoning matters. He is actively involved in the infrastructure buildout of wireless networks throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan region. He has represented radio and television station owners, as well as consultants and owners in the oil and gas industry, on various financial and contractual matters.
Jim is co-chair of the Real Property and Asset Management Group. In addition, he serves as Trustee of the Firm’s retirement and pension plans.
Jim is a graduate of Loras College, Dubuque, Iowa (A.B. Maxima Cum Laude, 1969) and The Georgetown University Law Center (J.D., 1972). He is a member of the District of Columbia and Maryland Bars.
Jim has earned an AV® rating from Martindale-Hubbell®, the highest recognition achievable for professional ability and ethics.
