Rob Rider joined Jackson & Campbell in 1989 and has acquired broad-based litigation expertise with a primary emphasis on environmental and toxic tort insurance coverage litigation. Rob is highly proficient in managing these complex litigations and his specialty is the development and application of case organization systems for the vast amount of information which is commonplace in these cases. Rob was promoted to a Director of the Firm in 1998.

Rob serves as a Vice Chair of the Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee of the TIPS Section of the American Bar Association. He was recently nominated to become a member of the Council on Litigation Management. Rob is admitted to the Bars of Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. He enjoys speaking at seminars on insurance coverage issues, and also is active in community and civic associations.

Rob has earned an AV® rating from Martindale-Hubbell®, the highest recognition achievable for professional ability and ethics. He received both his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Virginia.
