Noel Edward Warren is an associate in the firm’s Insurance Coverage Practice Group. He represents insurance companies in complex coverage cases arising primarily from a wide variety of perils. Noel has extensive experience handling coverage litigation related to oil and gas production and exploration and to environmental claims, generally. He also provides clients with coverage analysis and recommendations regarding primary, umbrella and excess general liability policies and pollution legal liability policies.
Prior to joining the firm, Noel practiced for over ten years in New Orleans where he represented clients in a wide range of civil matters including insurance coverage, insurance defense, construction, medical malpractice, commercial auto liability, products liability and toxic tort, and commercial litigation. He also served as the second-chair attorney on a complex, multi-million dollar investigation of auto insurance fraud in New Orleans and has substantial experience litigating cases in which insurance fraud is suspected.
Noel received his J.D. from Tulane Law School in 1995. He received his B.A. in Political Science from Pittsburg State University. Noel is admitted to practice in The District of Columbia, Louisiana, Maryland and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Louisiana, and before the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
