Logan Winn is a Director in the Trusts & Estates and Business Practice Groups at Jackson & Campbell, P.C. She counsels individuals on matters related to estate planning, wealth transfer planning, business succession planning, trust and estate administration, charitable giving, asset protection planning, and related issues with respect to preserving and transmitting wealth within families. In addition, Logan advises personal representatives and beneficiaries in matters involving sophisticated post mortem estate planning techniques.
Logan is experienced with international estate planning and estate planning for unmarried partners. She also has significant experience in the areas of pre-marital agreements and co-habitation agreements.
Logan earned her J.D., with honors, from the University of Maryland School of Law and her LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. She earned her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Richmond, where she was inducted into the university’s History Honors Program, History Honors Fraternity, and Golden Key National Honor Society.
Logan is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland. She is a member of the District of Columbia and Maryland Bar Associations.
