On the evening of Thursday, January 26, 2012, Arthur D. Burger, Chair of the Firm’s Professional Responsibility Practice Group, is teaching a D.C. Bar CLE course on the ethical issues confronting lawyers who act as lobbyists. This course is discussed on page 10 of the January 2012 edition of The Washington Lawyer.
