Mr. Quinlan is a member of Jackson & Campbell, P.C.’s Insurance Coverage Practice Group. Chris’ practice includes complex insurance coverage, bad faith and insurance contract disputes. He focuses his practice on the representation of major insurance carriers in matters involving environmental pollution and long-term exposure to hazardous substances. Chris has experience litigating issues including allocation of coverage among multiple triggered insurers, trigger of coverage, application of policy exclusions, choice-of-law determinations, and allegations of bad faith. Chris’ practice has included involvement in sophisticated insurance-related litigation in Louisiana, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Texas.

Chris graduated cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he served as an articles editor of the Elder Law Journal and was a founding member of the Illinois Innocence Project clinic.

Chris is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Illinois, New Jersey, and New York.
