David is an Associate in the Firm’s Insurance Coverage Practice Group, representing
and advising insurers on various liability claims. His work includes analysis of coverage issues,
monitoring underlying litigation, and synthesizing complex facts. He also assists in the
preparation of the practice group’s bimonthly newsletter detailing relevant decisions for
healthcare liability insurance carriers. David’s passion lies in supporting the community through
pro bono work. His previous experience working on litigation matters against the District of
Columbia guided his focus toward assisting marginalized communities in navigating local
government bureaucracy.
David joined Jackson & Campbell, P.C. as a paralegal and law clerk in 2021 while attending law
school at the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. Before joining the Firm,
David worked as a paralegal in private practice and government sector positions, including
healthcare and energy transportation compliance. Throughout his career, he has also worked
on a range of other matters involving insurance coverage, medical malpractice, regulatory
compliance, patents, and securities law.
David graduated cum laude from the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in
2023, where he served as a Staff Editor on the Catholic University Law Review and earned a
securities law certification. He has a Bachelor of Science in Physics with a minor in History from
the University of North Alabama. He relies on his comfort with technical subjects when handling
complex, fact-specific legal matters.
David is a dedicated father of five. When he isn’t spending time with his children, David enjoys
writing, woodworking and participating in tactical defense competitions.
