Jackson & Campbell, P.C.’s Women’s Initiative is dedicated to enhancing our corporate culture by celebrating diversity and fostering the professional development of our female attorneys. The objective of the Women’s Initiative is to promote the advancement of female attorneys through the cultivation of internal and external business relationships, encourage leadership roles within both the firm and the community, and create opportunities for increased visibility and recognition.
We seek to enhance retention of our female attorneys by facilitating an environment that is conducive to maintaining strong client relationships. We provide support and access to resources that develop marketing strategies and professional skills.
