Mrs. Bissell is an Associate in the Firm’s General Litigation & Trial and Real Estate Practice Groups. She represents individuals and corporate entities in state and federal courts throughout all stages of litigation, from pre-suit demands to post-trial motions and appeals. Her clients appreciate her consistency and involvement in their cases from start to finish. Siobhan frequently advises clients on commercial and business disputes, real estate litigation, and trust, estate and fiduciary litigation. She has also counseled individuals, families, and business owners on estate planning, business succession planning, and trust and estate administration.
Before joining Jackson & Campbell, P.C., Siobhan worked for the Washington Field Office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), investigating employment discrimination claims, and the Virginia Department of Labor and Industry (DOLI), evaluating occupational safety and health cases.
Siobhan earned her J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law and earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from Michigan State University. Today, she is a member of the Virginia State Bar. Her practice specializes in litigation for claims of tortious interference with contract or business expectancy, common law and statutory business conspiracies, breaches of fiduciary duties, and contract disputes. Additionally, she focuses on counseling clients and preparing documents on entity choice, formation, and organization. Siobhan also excels in drafting and analyzing security agreements, financing arrangements, nondisclosure and confidentiality agreements, non-competition agreements, and consulting agreements.
