Mrs. Lee-Ghosal is an associate in the Real Estate and General Litigation & Trial Practice Groups. Prior to joining the Firm, Caroline represented clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including complex commercial and business disputes, real estate/construction, professional discipline and liability, insurance defense, and others, and served as in-house counsel for a regional healthcare provider, where she advised the company on business, regulatory compliance, and labor and employment issues. She served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Lynne A. Battaglia, a senior judge of the Maryland Court of Appeals.
Caroline earned her J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law, where she served as Executive Editor for the Maryland Journal of International Law and earned her B.S. in Biochemistry from Georgetown University. She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
Caroline has served as Treasurer for the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Maryland and is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association.
