Mr. Jenkins is Senior Counsel at Jackson & Campbell, P.C. and a member of the Firm’s Insurance Coverage Practice Group. Peter represents insurance carriers in simple and complex coverage matters arising under liability policies, including long-tail progressive injury claims. This includes analyzing coverage issues, evaluating underlying exposure, drafting coverage correspondence, coordinating with other insurers, monitoring defense counsel, and representing carriers at all stages of coverage litigation.

Peter received his J.D. from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School, where he was a lead articles editor for the BYU Law Review. Peter graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Peter is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
